Extension Policy
The maximum pass extension
granted is one week.
For extensions great than
one week, these must be added to your next purchase.
Pass extensions are given only
in the following circumstances:
- Genuine Illness
- Extended period of work leave

Holiday
In order to gain a pass
extension you must email the Office (office@jivenation.co.uk)
in advance of your period of leave (accept for in the case of illness, for which
you only need to email when you are ready to return).
